I noticed increases in strength especially on upper body days. Energy good. Excited to see my legs leaning out!! For the first time in a while, I noticed a change in the reflection of them in the mirror.

It is SO EASY for me to eat this way. I have no issues AT ALL. I love my meals, I'm satisfied, I don't crave anything. I prefer my meals over restaurants. If we go anywhere as a family, I always pack my meals with me. The one meal I had off-plan was planned. And I didn't feel guilty or gross afterwards. I'm totally happy :)

Thanks for all the nice comments!! I’m excited too!! I really can’t believe my body has made it this far, and I can’t thank you enough. BTW My husband is very impressed with my abdominal veins

My workouts are perfect and I can definitely feel a pump during each one! You're a genius with the programming! I can definitely feel a difference in my butt -- I did Glutes 1.0 for a few weeks before starting this program and now doing legs/lower body three days a week has made a difference in how they feel; My energy levels are perfect for completing my workouts -- I workout first thing in the morning so have a bucket full of energy

You're welcome! I love that I love my food.. lol.. I feel like I'm such a picky eater.. Can't do seafood/fish.. I'm weird about texture.. I only eat chicken/beef and some port.. I mean.. good Lord.. I'm just thankful that I finally have a Coach/friend that is willing to work with me AND is patient with me. It means more than you know! .. lol..

Honestly I love the nutrition part because I have such a variety of food and don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.

I just put on a pair of size 5 Levi's that I've had in the back of my drawer...I am wearing them..I have a slight muffin top which I'm rubbing with l.o.v.e because I will miss it when's it gone ( not!) But you gotta give love to the challenging things in life right! But the butt and legs fit beautifully ..Even tho the scale says one thing my body is changing slowly.

Btw I saw someone today that I haven't seen in over a month and she could tell I lost weight! First time someone noticed since I started with you. I was swearing a loose sweatshirt and leggings so she noticed it in my face. Can we start doing face measurements?

Thanks for the good nutrition program. This program allowed me to eat a larger variety of food and carbs than the previous program that I was following.

I want to thank you for the plan, and if I wasn't accountable to you, I would have eaten every cookie in the hospital when I was there with my family member. I had zero desserts, no stress eating, and I felt better because of it. My Aunt even lost a little weight while I was there, because she said I helped her stay on track during this stressful time.
