After filling out a questionnaire, I design your diet program. This program comes with an official check-in with me every 14 days (although you are more than welcome to email or message me as needed - unlimited). Changes are made to your plan where warranted when you've checked in and after I have analyzed all of your measurements and photos.
Everyone commits for 12 weeks, which is pretty standard, and happens to be my minimum. After that time, you may go month to month. A 30 day written notice to me via email, is required if you wish to cancel. As I have a waiting list for most programs, the 30 day notice allows the courtesy of letting the next client prepare for their spot to open up.
