This program consists of 6 days of incredible, fat burning, metabolic HIIT workouts that won't even take you an hour. Most are 45 minutes or less!
In order to burn fat, along with being in a caloric deficit (I can help you with your nutrition too!), you must be intense with your HIIT workouts, training programs and mindset.
They are also perfect for those who train at home, with minimal equipment, or even just using their own bodyweight. If you don’t have a lot of time or would like something new to incorporate into your daily training, this is for you!
Great for Beginners OR Advanced trainees, as you can always lower or raise the difficulty of the program by adding weight, reducing rest periods or adding reps and sets. All around, great program for just about anyone!
